Meeting Venue and Lodging  

The Fort Collins Marriott has 229 newly renovated guest rooms and 16,154 sq. ft. of meeting space equipped with high speed internet access and wireless capabilities. Recent renovations boast an expansive 3,200 sq ft, covered, outdoor pavilion accented with soft ambient lighting and breathtaking scenery. Ideally located near the Rocky Mountains, the property offers guests activities including white water rafting, hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, fishing, and snow sports. The hotel is conveniently located near Colorado State University and provides access to Denver Airport by Green Ride Colorado hybrid transportation or the SuperShuttle (fee req'd). The Fort Collins Marriott is centrally located in Fort Collins. It offers guest rooms at a conference rate of $102/night. Alternative Accommodations

Additionally, there are room blocks set up under the same reference name at the Comfort Suites. The Comfort Suites Fort Collins is only 2.5 miles from the Marriott and is offered as alternative lodging to attendees who might be traveling on a budget. The all-suite hotel includes access to an indoor heated pool and hot tub, free wireless internet,100%smoke free, all rooms include a refrigerator and microwave and pull out sofa sleeper. Included in the rate of $62.50/night is a deluxe continental breakfast complete with a waffle bar and rotating hot egg and meat items each morning.

Meals During the Meeting

The registration fee includes: coffee breaks, the Wednesday night Ice Breaker Reception, and the Thursday night Poster Reception; both will include a cash bar and hors’d oeuvres.


Breakfasts, lunches, and dinners are not included in the registration fee, but the Marriott has a full service restaurant and lounge and there are several other excellent restaurants within walking distance: Chili’s, Young’s Vietnamese Cuisine, Panera Bread Co., Copper Creek Restaurant –

Marriott, Starbucks, Foothills  Mall,  Albertson’s grocery store.


Conference attendees are encouraged to attend the optional Friday night Party, the Saturday night
